They will send out email reminders a few days before your reservation as well as on the day of your trip. James continued to text me as we proceeded through the deboarding and customs process to ensure he would meet us after we claimed our baggage. We have used Arrow in the past and James made us feel like we had family picking us up. He was professional, handled our luggage as if it were his own, and constantly asked if we needed any assistance through the entire journey and was a quick ride home as the conversation was enjoyable - even with the British accent. Joe C11 June 2026Here is a shoutout to Arrow and to my driver, Gary, for his immense calm and patience while driving me from NJ to Ozone Park, Queens NY and back so that I might attend a wake. I can drive myself, but opted to arrive and return hassle-free by having someone drive and wait and then return me home. The traffic was an absolute, indescribable nightmare for 85% of both trips. We had to divert to streets in Brooklyn and Queens on the way there. Gary had the patience that would not have had. Seriously, had I been driving, I would have turned back right after going over the Verrazano and seeing the Belt Parkway being a complete, snaking parking lot.
